What qualifies
- You must be a paid FinOpsDecode Pro or Coach customer.
- You must complete three full-length FinOpsDecode mock exams before your official FinOps exam date.
- Each qualifying mock exam must have a score of 80% or higher.
- Qualifying mock exams must be completed in the user's FinOpsDecode account.
- Mock exam history must be verifiable in the user account.
- Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the official FinOps exam result.
- The guarantee applies only to the amount paid to FinOpsDecode.
- One guarantee claim per person/account.
- FinOpsDecode may deny claims involving account sharing, suspicious activity, manipulated attempts, or violation of terms.

- FinOps Foundation membership fees
- Rescheduling fees
- Third-party training
- Lost wages or opportunity costs
- Travel expenses
- Any other costs outside the amount paid to FinOpsDecode
